National Oyster Day is on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
Sea Level NC and The Waterman Fish Bar are “shell-ebrating” by offering Oyster Happy Hour ALL Day. Slurp as many Sea Level Salts as you desire for just $1.50 each. These shells are shucked to perfection and served with a housemade cocktail sauce, fresh horseradish, two mignonettes, lemons, and Tabasco.
Prefer your oysters in a shooter or cooked on the grill? You can do that too, at both spots!
Plus, every shell shucked is composted in partnership with Crown Town Compost. Together, both restaurants have diverted over 40,000 pounds of shells.
