The 5th Annual Whiskey Wine & Fire Festival takes place Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4 to 9 p.m., at Ballantyne’s Backyard, 11611 N Community House Road, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Get ready to ignite your senses — enjoy an elegant evening under the stars featuring whiskey bars, wine & cocktail tastings, fire-kissed BBQ + open-fire cooking, live music, and cozy firepit lounges.

Each guest enjoys a souvenir tasting glass and all-you-care-to-taste samplings, along with curated food pairings and surprises around every corner.

VIP Tickets

Twilight VIP guests can visit from 4 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $111.62 (including fees.) Use promo code CHEAPWWF20 for 20% off. Purchase tickets.

This ticket includes:

  • A souvenir tasting glass to enjoy All-You-Care-To-Taste whiskey, wine and other beverages
  • Early entry with one extra hour of tastings
  • Passport of Tastes – 8 from the open-fire Grilling/Meat Stations (all other foods are a la Carte)
  • A bottle of wine from the curate selection (you get to choose red or white)
  • A special VIP area and washroom
  • All live entertainment

General Admission Tickets

Twilight General Admission guests can visit from 5 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $77.80 (including fees.) Use promo code CHEAPWWF20 for 20% off. Purchase tickets.

This General Admission ticket includes:

  • A souvenir tasting glass with All-You-Care-To-Taste sampling of whiskey, wine and other beverages
  • Passport of Tastes – 4 from the open-fire Grilling/Meat Stations
  • Access to all food trucks and vendors (all food is a la Carte)
  • All live entertainment
