Celebrate summer in Davidson with Where’s Waldo! Waldo will be hiding in 33 Davidson businesses from July 1 to 31, 2026. This a month-long chance to explore the businesses in beautiful Downtown Davidson and even win a prize.
Here’s how to play!
- Claim a free stamp card (aka passport) at Main Street Books or any participating location. You can also print it out yourself.
- Search for Waldo in participating locations.
- Collects stamps every time you find Waldo.
- In addition, find Wizard Whitebeard at Main Street Books for a bonus stamp.
- When you collect 15 stamps, return to Where’s Waldo HQ (Main Street Books) to select a special prize.
- When you collect 28+ stamps, enter to win the Grand Prize, a collection of Martin Handford’s Where’s Waldo books.
- Bring your stamp card with 28+ stamps to the Grand Finale Party to earn a free raffle ticket. Dozens of prizes are donated by Davidson businesses for the raffle!
How to Celebrate
Celebrate your success at the Grand Finale Party at the Davidson Farmers Market on August 1, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. for summer fun and dozens of prize drawings! Bring your stamp card with 28+ stamps to earn one free raffle ticket. Winners will be selected at random and must be present to win. Prizes are donated by Davidson businesses and organizations participating in Waldo. For added fun this year, wear your best Waldo look to be entered in a Waldo Lookalike Contest.
How to Enter the Grand Prize Drawing
Submit your stamp card with 28+ stamps to the online form, which you can find here. The Grand Prize can be shipped to the winner at any US address.

Find the list of businesses and the hours for each establishment on the passport.
