The Salty opens in Ballantyne with giveaways Oct. 3-5

The grand opening celebration is October 3 to 5, 2025:

• Friday and Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Seasonal Donuts:

• Cookies & Cream Cake: Vanilla bean cake donut mixed with housemade Oreos, topped with a vanilla bean glaze and crushed housemade Oreos
• Pumpkin Roll: 24 hr brioche donut tossed in pumpkin spice sugar, layered with pumpkin cheesecake & a slice of our housemade classic pumpkin roll
• Butterscotch Crunch: 24 hr brioche, dipped in butterscotch glaze, topped with caramelized crispies, butterscotch mousse & a meringue tuile
• Toasted Banana Milk (Gluten Free): Baked banana and brown sugar cake donut dipped in toasted milk glaze, topped with housemade banana-coated cereal and a dollop of maple mascarpone whipped cream
• Vegan Apple Crumb: Apple–cinnamon swirl vegan dough, apple cider glaze, finished with a housemade cinnamon crumb cake

Baked Goods and Grab & Go:

• Everything Cragel: Bagel meets croissant! Housemade croissant rolled & shaped into a bagel, tossed in everything bagel seasoning.
• Ham & Cheese Croissant: Housemade buttered croissant with smoked ham & gruyere cheese
• Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt Parfait: Greek yogurt layered with housemade dark brown sugar granola, housemade berry preserve and a drizzle of Pure Clover Honey
• Dubai Chocolate Energy Bites: Dates, pistachios and cocoa-finished with a touch of sea salt and strawberry powder

Breakfast and Lunch (available until 3 p.m.):

• Egg & Cheese Croissant: Souéed seasoned eggs and mild cheddar cheese on The Salty homemade croissant; add Nueske’s bacon for $3
• Hot Honey Ricotta Toast: Savory whipped ricotta on The Salty 24 hr. brioche toast, drizzled with Mikes Hot Honey and olive oil, topped with toasted pistachios
• Avocado Toast: Creamy avocado mash on The Salty 24hr. brioche toast, topped with fresh avocado slices, red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil
• Hot Honey Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich: Mike’s Hot Honey chicken salad & crisp romaine lettuce layered inside The Salty’s toasted croissant
