Sweetgreen is opening a new 2,200 square foot location in Plaza Midwood, 1710 Commonwealth Avenue, Charlotte, North Carolina, on April 21, 2026.

They’ll be serving up salads, warm bowls, protein plates, and sides – including the Harvest Bowl, Crispy Rice Bowl, Caramelized Garlic Steak, and Miso Glazed Salmon.

For a limited time, guests can also delight in Sweetgreen’s new Chicken Sesame Crunc, a bright, citrus-forward salad that reimagines a beloved California classic with bold flavor and craveable crunc, as well as the new Korean BBQ–inspired menu, featuring Sweetgreen’s most popular protein with a savory, umami-forward glaze and balanced heat.

Pre-Grand Opening Free Meals

On April 17 and 18, 2026, Sweetgreen is hosting a pre-opening event, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., during which guests can enjoy a FREE meal. You’ll need to register for a time slot on Eventbrite, and space is limited. Some time slots are already full. Sign up here.
