Spin Cycle Social is a high energy Cuban Salsa event, bringing the community together to move and connect…at a laundromat! And it’s FREE!
What to expect:
- Beginner-friendly Cuban salsa lesson
- Partner work + fun casino-style turns
- Social dancing to timba, salsa cubana, and classics
- A welcoming community focused on connection, not perfection
- Good vibes, great music, and plenty of chances to dance
This event takes place at North Tryon 2 Laundromat, 4554 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, every other Thursday from February 12 to September 10, 2026, from 7 to 9:30 p.m.:

No partner is needed! Dancers will rotate between partners.
You can even grab authentic Colombian drinks and treats at the adjoining Roasted Tinto Cafe.
The washing machines will be available for use, at regular price.
