What to Expect
Producer Performances (5–6 Producers • 10–15 Min Sets)
Producers set the tone with high-energy, intentional sets featuring live beat making, unreleased joints, flips, remixes, and raw sonic experiments. These Dupp & Swat editions are designed to feel intimate yet lively, creating a free-flowing atmosphere where the producers, the music, and the energy in the room are always the focal point. This is where sound is felt, not just heard. Tap in and catch what’s next.
Pass The Aux (First segment • Limited Slots • Sign-Up On-Site)
Pass The Aux kicks off every Sound Makers Social and sets the energy for the night. Producers and artists get 2 minutes to play one track or mix—new beat, unreleased record, or a rough idea you’re building.
Arrive early and be there at the start to get your name on the list. Slots are limited and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Emcee Cyphers (Open Mic Energy)
Once the room is warmed up, the mic opens. Rappers, singers and poets are invited to step up and let their voice live in the space. No pressure, just presence, energy, and real expression. If you’ve been waiting for a moment to be heard, this is it.
Creative Spotlights
Dupp & Swat transforms into a creative zone featuring visual artists, designers, and local creatives activating the space throughout the night. Move through, take it in, support local talent, and connect with the people shaping Charlotte’s culture from every angle.
