Celebrate Skiptoberfest with your dog at Skiptown

Skiptown, at 222 Rampart Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, is hosting Skiptoberfest from September 20 to October 5, 2025. There will be special events on Saturday, September 27 and October 4, 2025.

The special Oktoberfest-themed activities will be taking place from 2 to 6 p.m.:

September 27: Biergarten Pop-Up in Bar & Park
October 4: Closing Weekend Celebration

Admission is a $15 day pass or Skiptown membership. First-time visitors must have an approved pup profile in the Skiptown app.

Activities include:

Stein-holding contests
Yodeling contests (for humans and pups!)
Chicken dance with pups
Pupcake walks and bacon bubble parties
Oktoberfest-themed trivia and bingo
Keg rolling race for pups
Polka dancing, costume contests, and live German music
Local vendor markets with treats for pups and their people

Seasonal Bar & Park Additions:

For Humans: Skiptoberfest pretzels, specialty fall beers, pumpkin ale, local brewery tap takeovers, and fall-inspired coffee specials
For Pups: Pup-kin cups, pretzel biscuits, omega pumpkin ice cream, and festive treats

Exclusive Pet Service Promotions:

Pup Stein & Shine: $12 themed enrichment session with festive photo backdrop, pup cup, and pretzel biscuit
Barkhaus Bath: $15 pumpkin-infused spa wash with a Skiptoberfest bandana
