Books on the House is bringing Second Chance Book Bash to Urban District Market, 2315 N Davidson Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 12 to 4 p.m.
Donate some books to the Urban District Market Free Library, and then bring some books home.
Fill a bag of books for $15 (totes provided by Books on the House.) Your donation will give a pre-loved book a new home and helps support literacy and book access for all.
Kids and adults are welcome to participate in this fun Book Tote Haul.
While you’re there:
- Shop the maker’s market — a mini book fair in the courtyard
- Try something new at the Urban District Market foo dstalls
- Donate any books to refill the Little Free Library at SUPER
Books on the House is an organization that distributes books for free to the Charlotte community. They opened their book mobile in 2023, and since given away more than 33,000 books to more than 20,000 people.
