The 4th Annual Queen City Arts Festival takes place Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 12 p.m.. to 7 p.m., at Shoppes at University Place, 8931 JM Keynes Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina. It will be on the boardwalk.
Admission is free, but if you register in advance it will help with planning.
