Plaza Midwood Chess Club is a group of chess enthusiasts who gather to enjoy the game without the fuss of ratings or formal education.
If you’re an adult in the Charlotte area looking to make new friends and play some chess, Plaza Midwood Chess Club might be for you! It’s open to all skill levels.
Plaza Midwood Chess Club meets at various locations (both within and outside of Plaza Midwood.) They list all their upcoming events on their Meetup page.
You can bring your own chess set or use one on hand.
There’s no cost to join or to participate. You’re encouraged to buy a little something at the venues that host the events.
