Pageland Watermelon Festival July 17-19

Celebrate summer at the Pageland Watermelon Festival July 17, 18 and 19, 2025, in Pageland, South Carolina, just around an hour’s drive from Charlotte.

Thursday, July 17: 5 to 10 p.m.
Friday, July 18: 5 p.m. to midnight
Saturday, July 19: 12 p.m. to midnight

The Pageland Watermelon Festival takes place in Downtown Pageland.

The festival is free, but tickets are required for rides. Presale wristbands are $20 per adult or child. Also, some events, such as the rodeo, are ticketed. The live music is free to enjoy.

Thursday, July 17

5 p.m.: Food Trucks & Vendors Open
5 p.m.: Carnival opens
6 p.m.: Moore Park – Garth Rivers
8 p.m.: Moore Park – Mary English
Festival closes at 10 p.m.

Friday, July 18

5 p.m.: Food Trucks & Vendors Open
5 p.m.: Carnival opens
5 p.m.: Moore Park – J Creek Cloggers
6 p.m.: Moore Park Gazebo – Peace & Love Band
8 p.m.: American Legion – Rodeo
9 p.m.: Moore Park Gazebo – Groove Machine
Festival closes at midnight

Saturday, July 19

8 a.m.: Pageland Elementary – Melon Mile 5K
10 a.m.: McGregor Street – Parade
Festival opens at noon
After Parade: McGregor Street – Car Show
1 p.m.: Moore Park Gazebo – Best Watermelon Outfit
1 p.m.: Moore Park Gazebo – Seed Spitting
2 p.m.: Moore Park Gazebo – J Creek Cloggers
4 p.m.: Moore Park Gazebo – Deeper Shade of Blue
6 p.m.: Moore Park Gazebo – ShoTyme
