
Charlotte families looking for fun can experience the wild west by driving just a little bit southeast. Outlaw Acres, at 4601 Griffith Road, Monroe, North Carolina, is 33 miles from Charlotte and well worth the drive.
Outlaw Acres features a corn maze, animal barn and pumpkin market but so much more.
Visiting Outlaw Acres
Admission
Admission is $15 per person. Ages 3 and under are admitted for free. Admission includes the corn maze, visiting animals, visiting the Old West town, the play areas and live performances. Pay for your pumpkin, the kids’ shooting range, and food and drink.
Opening Dates and Times
Outlaw Acres is open from September 20 to November 2, 2025.
- Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sundays: 12 to 5 p.m.
Western Town Attraction

The heart of Outlaw Acres is the meticulously crafted Western town, featuring historically accurate buildings that recreate the atmosphere of an 1880s frontier settlement. Stroll down the dusty main street where local characters will greet you. Go in and out of the old buildings and enjoy a cold beverage or a chuckwagon style meal.
Exciting Farm Attractions

We feature an array of entertaining attractions designed for the whole family. Visit the Animal Barn filled with sheep, goats, and chickens, where kids can feed, lasso, and take photos on our prop horse.
Don’t miss the Slapstick Comedy Show performed on the steps of the Hotel and enjoy live music near the Barber Shop. Challenge your little cowpokes to conquer Rifle Run, the Western-themed obstacle course designed for kids to test their agility and frontier spirit.
Young sharpshooters love our Bandit Blasters attraction, a safe shooting range where kids aim at Western-themed targets. Get lost in our family-friendly Corn Maze and visit the Pumpkin Market featuring a unique market store featuring lots of specialty items.

Live Music
Outlaw Acres hosts live performances and music daily. The performances are included in the price of admission. Follow Outlaw Acres on Facebook for announcements about performers.
