Nurses Appreciation Week Freebies and Deals 2026

Nurses Appreciation Week is May 6 to 12, 2026, and we all know that nurses deserve a ton of appreciation (all year long.) Deals for Nurses Appreciation Week

McAlister’s Deli

Nurses who show an employee ID at participating McAlister’s Deli locations from May 4 to 8, 2026, will receive a free big tea. Must order in person for dine-in and takeout orders only. Must show valid healthcare ID at checkout. The same deal is available for Teacher Appreciation Week, on the same days.

Chipotle

Chipotle invites teachers and healthcare professionals to enter for a chance to win a free Burrito e-card from April 28 through May 12, 2026, on the respective microsites:

At the end of Teacher Appreciation Week and National Nurse Appreciation Week, 100,000 teachers and 100,000 healthcare workers will be randomly selected to receive an email to verify their employment status via ID.me, and receive a free Burrito e-card.

Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies sent out a promotional email saying that teachers and nurses can get one cookie free when they buy one, in-store, May 5 to 12, 2026. (Free classic cookie with classic cookie purchase, or free deluxe cookie with deluxe cookie purchase.) Must show valid teacher/nurse identification and must be an Insomnia Rewards member to redeem. Participation in stores might vary.

The Parking Spot

The Parking Spot is a great option for no-stress parking at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Nurses get a 10% discount every day. In the month of May, 2026, make a reservation for travel through the end of 2026, and get 25% off. Nurses, use this link to make your reservation.

Sonny’s BBQ

Nurses can get a free BBQ Sandwich at participating Sonny’s BBQ from May 4 to 6, 2026. Nurses, you’ll need to go to verify your employment online and join the Rewards. Then you’ll receive a coupon good for a free pulled pork, sliced pork, pulled chicken or smoked turkey sandwich. Show your coupon to your server or in the drive-thru, or use your promo code when ordering online. Good for one free meal on May 4, 5 or 6, 2026.
