Create Amazing LLC is presenting the North Carolina Christmas Festival on Saturday, December 16th, 2023, from 1 to 5 p.m., at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center, 4751 NC 49, Concord, North Carolina. It will take place in the Gold Hall.
Admission is free.
