The towns of Elkin and Jonesville, North Carolina, are holding the 5th annual NC Trail Days from June 5 to 8, 2025.
This festival celebrates the outdoors, the NC Mountains to Sea Trail, and the local trails in Elkin.
Elkin is a little over an hour north of Charlotte, in the western Foothills in the Yadkin Valley. Its openness to trails, its friendliness to the people who travel on the trails, and a ton of hard work by local people in creating and maintaining the trails have turned Elkin into a well-known Trail Town.
