Wednesday, June 4, 2025, is National Hug Your Cat Day. Bring in a photo of you hugging (or maybe gently snuggling?) your cat to Ben & Jerry’s Davidson and get a free extra scoop of ice cream with your purchase. Ben & Jerry’s is at 202 S Main Street, Davidson, North Carolina. The event is happening only at this location.
They’ll be open from 12 to 9 p.m.
Use your own judgment and knowledge of your cat to decide how literally you want to take the “hug your cat” directive. Also, in their cover picture they say you just need to bring in a picture of your cat.
