NAMI Charlotte is presenting Planting the Seed: An Artistic Approach to Mental Health on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m.

It takes place at Charlotte Studio Artists, which is at Johnston YMCA, 3025 N. Davidson Street, Charlotte, North Carolina. It’s the little white building next to the big white building.

At this free family experience you will have the opportunity to make art, meet local artists, hear a panel discussion on ways to use art for health and well-being, and tour the Charlotte Studio Artists studios at the Johnston YMCA.

Registration is not required.
