Mizu, at 3100 Apex Drive (the 9th floor), Charlotte, North Carolina, is celebrating the first day of spring and the start of rooftop season with a free event on Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m.
At Mizu in Bloom, guests can enjoy complimentary light bites from the bar menu, including Chicken Gyoza, Cucumber Salad, and Lemon Drop Temaki.
New spring cocktails like the Hibiscus Highball featuring Japanese Whisky, Hibiscus, Lemon, and Soda, and the Cherry Blossom Martini with Bluecoat Gin, Cherry Blossom, Vermouth, and Lemon, will be available for purchase.
The event is free, but guests are encouraged to reserve a space on OpenTable. Free valet parking is available for all guests.
