Matthews Playhouse is presenting The Velveteen Rabbit from April 24 to May 3, 2026. Shows are at Matthews Community Center, 100 East McDowell Street, Matthews, North Carolina.
Tickets for adults range from $16 to $20. Tickets for seniors, military, students and children range from $14 to $18.
In addition, there will be a “pay what you can” performance on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. Seating is general admission. First come, first served. Tickets available only at the door. Doors open at 7 p.m.
The suggested minimum donation is $10, and the proceeds benefit the theater’s non-profit partner for the show, Thompson CFF. More info on the pay what you can performances.
