Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association are serving FREE lunch every day to federal employees who are not receiving their paychecks. This was announced on Billy Graham Library’s Facebook page.
In Charlotte, federal employees can get lunch in the parking lot of Billy Graham Library, 4330 Westmont Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina. You’ll need to show your valid government ID.
The free lunches start Monday, November 3, 2025, and will take place seven days a week, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., until they start getting paid again.
Other locations for the free lunches, outside of Charlotte, are:
