
The 35th Latin American Festival returns to Charlotte on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 12 to 8 p.m., in Ballantyne’s Backyard, 11611 N Community House Road, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This year the Latin American Festival will be part of the Charlotte International Arts Festival, which is taking place throughout the whole month of September, 2025, in Uptown Charlotte and Ballantyne.
September 15th to October 15th is Hispanic Heritage Month. Learn about more ways to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month in Charlotte!
The festival features:
- Free activities for kids – Fun, interactive experiences for the little ones.
- Latin American Plaza – Cultural displays showcasing the heritage of various Latin countries.
- Live cultural performances – Traditional music and dance from across Latin America.
- Special tribute to Latin music icon Rudy Pérez.
- Community resources & sponsor activations – Connect with local services and partners.
General admission is $10 if you buy tickets in September and $5 if you buy them in August. Kids under 13 are admitted for free. Parking is free. Purchase tickets here.
