Lake Norman BookPalooza takes place Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Liberty Park, 255 E Iredell Avenue, Mooresville, North Carolina.
This is a FREE book festival, sponsored by Books on the House, Fred and June’s Books and the Town of Mooresville.
The event features:
- 50+ authors in Literary Lane, offering book signings and meet and greets. (Plus book sales.)
- 35+ vendors and craft artisans in the Bookish Bazaar
- Fairy hair
- Face painting
- Read to a rescue dog
- Tarot readings
- Photo op
- Normie, Lake Norman’s lake monster
- Mystery/suspense author discussions in the amphitheater
