Wednesday, October 31st, is the last night of the 2018 season for the Great Elizabeth Pumpkin Wall. Read on to learn how to experience this homegrown Charlotte tradition.
The Great Elizabeth Pumpkin Wall is in its 14th year and has become a tradition, not just for Elizabeth residents, but for many others in the community. It’s a giant display of dozens of carved pumpkins, and is an amazing sight to see.
Every year the pumpkins are illuminated behind that year’s Pumpkin Wall Word. This year the word is “VOTE.”
Here’s what you have to know:
Elizabeth residents carved the pumpkins on Saturday, October 27th, 2018.
Everyone is invited to the Great Elizabeth Pumpkin Wall lighting on Sunday, October 28th, at 6:00 p.m. It will remain lit every night through Halloween.
The wall is at 721 Clement Avenue.
