Gold’s Gym EpiCentre is offering a free morning of workouts on Saturday, January 19th, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You can come for all of it or just part. Each class is 30 minutes long.
- 9 a.m.: BodyPump with Tamsey – total body weight training
- 9:30 a.m.: BodyCombat with Erin – MMA inspired workout
- 10 a.m.: GRIT with Tamsey – HIIT
- 10 a.m.: SPRINT with Nicole (cycling studio) – HIIT on a bike
- 10:30 a.m.: BodyJam with Tiffany – Modern Dance Fitness
- 11 a.m.: BodyFlow with Kristin – Blend of yoga, Tai chi and Pilates
