On Veterans Day, Friday, November 11th, 2017, veterans and active duty military members can eat for free at On the Border. Participating locations are listed here, and, in the Charlotte area, include locations near Northlake Mall, Concord Mills and Providence Road. Bring proof of military service, which include U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organization Card, DD214, Citation or Commendation.
Veterans and active duty military will receive a free “lunch combo entrée,” which includes rice and beans, plus chips and salsa.
