Taste of Charlotte, a three-day festival in Uptown Charlotte, spotlights area restaurants and food vendors. Purchase festival coins to buy samples and pay for kids’ activities. The festival takes place along six blocks of Tryon Street, from Stonewall Street to 5th Street.
Hours are:
Friday, June 10th: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday, June 11th: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, June 12th: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Although festival coins are required to buy the samples, the festival is free to attend and there are four stages of entertainment, as well as street performers. Entertainment includes live music, magic acts, circus performances, dancing, martial arts demonstrations, cooking demos, kids’ entertainment and more.
