Speedway Christmas returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway for a sixth year. It will be open nightly from November 21st, 2015, through December 30th, with the exception of Christmas Day. On November 21st, you can get a sneak peek at the light displays by participating in the Eggnog Jog 5K. The hours are 6pm to 10pm. Drive through the infield and see 800 displays made up of more than 3 million holiday lights. On Thursdays through Sundays, the Christmas Village is open too, including a realistic Bethlehem-themed village, a petting zoo, photos with Santa, horse-drawn wagon rides, Santa’s Workshop for kids, and areas with food and music. I went to Speedway Christmas a couple years ago and we had a blast.
The price varies depending on the day of the week. The price is per vehicle, with a maximum of eight passengers. (Check the website for pricing on larger vehicles.) $20 on Mondays through Wednesdays, and $25 on Thursdays and Sundays, and $30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
