Bass Pro Shops, at Concord Mills, and Cabela’s, at 1000 Cabela Drive, Fort Mill, SC, are hosting Santa’s Wonderland, with a FREE Santa experience.
On November 2, 2024, officially kick off the Santa’s Wonderland experience with Santa’s grand entrance.
We have put together a huge list of places in the Charlotte area to get free pictures with Santa!
Santa’s Grand Entrance
Santa will arrive at both stores via a boat on November 2, 2024, at 5 p.m. There will be a parade, tree lighting, and seasonal treats. Kids will receive free reindeer glasses, while supplies last.
Families can meet Santa as he opens Santa’s Wonderland for the season. The next day the free photos begin!

Santa’s Wonderland
The full indoor Santa’s Wonderland experience, with the free Santa pictures, starts the next day, November 3, 2024. It takes place every day through December 24.
You’ll need to make a reservation for your child’s free photo appointment with Santa. Reservations might go quickly. Reservations open October 27, 2024.

The free Santa picture is a 4×6 print. You’ll also receive a free shareable video.

Here’s what’s going on:
- Visit Santa and get a FREE 4×6 printed studio-quality photo
- Reserve a time to see Santa up to a week in advance through digital reservation system on basspro.com/santa
- Enjoy FREE holiday-themed games, crafts and festive giveaways during weekday visits
- Send their holiday wish list to the North Pole via mailbox
- Reserve a time to gather with Santa (or Mrs. Claus) for “Christmas Tales” every Tuesday Nov. 5 – Dec. 17
