Moms can visit Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden for free on Saturday, May 7th, 2016, and Sunday, May 8th. Both days the hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The first 250 moms each day also receive a free potted plant.
At select times throughout the weekend, the Garden will feature music, carriage rides for an additional fee, family lawn games, crafts and more (weather permitting). The Garden Store will offer mimosas and a selection of specialty drinks in addition to food and snacks throughout the weekend. Maryland Crab Co., Two Chicks & a Truck, and Southern Cake Queen will be onsite Saturday, May 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Ranucci’s Big Butt BBQ, Two Chicks & a Truck, and Sproutycakes Bakery will be onsite Sunday, May 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
On Saturday, May 7 from 1 to 3 p.m., The Garden Store will offer a five-station Wine Walk throughout the Garden. The walk will be $25 per person or $40 per couple. Guests can register online at www.dsbg.org or at the Garden on Saturday.
Garden admission applies. Mothers and Garden members are admitted free, $12.95 adults, $11.95 seniors 60+, and $6.95 children 2-12. The Garden is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
