Children’s Theatre of Charlotte’s Santa’s Bag

Update: Gifts are sold out! Santa will still be there for the kids but just from 10 am. to noon. For 43 years, Children’s Theatre of Charlotte has been giving children an inexpensive way to shop for holiday gifts with Santa’s Bag. Children under the age of 12 get the chance to shop for pre-wrapped gifts priced from .50 to $5, with the help of “elves.” In addition, they can meet Santa and let him know what they would like for themselves or others. Parents are encouraged to bring their cameras to capture pictures of their children with Santa. This is a free event. The only cost is the price of the gifts that kids purchase. The event takes place at ImaginOn, 300 East 7th Street.

Monday, November 30: 10:00 am-12:30 pm (prescheduled daycares only)

Wednesday, December 2: 10:00 am-12:30 pm, 4:30-7:00 pm
Thursday, December 3: 10:00 am-12:30 pm, 4:30-7:00 pm
Friday, December 4: 10:00 am-12:30 pm, 4:30-7:00 pm
Saturday, December 5: 10:00 am-2:00 pm (or until merchandise runs out)
