There is a change to the free mini-builds that have been taking place at LEGO stores on the first Tuesday of the month. Now you have to pre-register for them. The limit for each store is 120 kids. The good news it that you shouldn’t have to wait in line. You’ll get to choose your time and it can be either Tuesday or Wednesday. The bad news is that if you don’t register your child won’t be able to participate. The other bad news is that the July 7/8 sessions are all filled up. Another change is that the kids will have to participate at the store. They can’t just pick up the kit and leave. Read more about the changes. The project for Tuesday, July 7th, 2015, is a whale. The event is for kids age 6-14. You can find the LEGO Store at Concord Mills, and, soon, SouthPark Mall.
