The Light Factory presents photography exhibits and offers photography education. It’s located within the VAPA Center, 700 N Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Light Factory’s gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. There’s no cost to visit. Parking is free.
In addition to visiting the gallery, you can take courses in photography, the darkroom, NFTs, software like Lightroom, and more.

Photo Walks
Each month The Light Factory offers a Photo Walk at an interesting destination. The walk will start with a quick mini-lesson. Following the 15-minute lesson, the walking starts, giving photographers a chance to try out their new skills and get help along the way.
Any image-making device is welcome, even phones. The walks are open to all ages.
The cost is just a $5 suggested donation.
