Endwar is a 3 day long event celebrating the foam flinging (Nerf) community! Endwar includes a convention and a 5 on 5 competitive tournament on Friday, April 24, 2026, followed by 2 days of Humans Vs. Zombies (a modified game of tag) on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26.
All events are free and open to the public.
The best way to learn everything you need to know about Endwar is go to hvzendwar.com, where information is being updated. You’ll find links to register there. Also, join Endwar’s Discord. You’ll find much more detailed information and can ask the community questions.
HvZ is a game of modified tag played with foam dart blasters. The goal of the game is for the zombie side to tag all the humans while the humans defend themselves with foam dart blasters while completing objections (missions.)

Friday, April 24
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Convention at Mallard Creek Recreation Center, 2530 Johnston Oehler Road, Charlotte, NC.
- 7 p.m. to midnight (at latest): HvZ Optional Mission 0 at McEniry Hall on UNC Charlotte’s campus
Saturday, April 25
- 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.: HvZ at UNC Charlotte, meeting at McEniry Hall.
Sunday, April 26
- 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: HvZ at UNC Charlotte, meeting at McEniry Hall. (7 a.m. is when registration opens. You may arrive at 9 a.m. if you’ve already registered.)
