The inaugural Earnhardt Outdoors Showdown will take place at the NC Research Campus Horseshoe, 401 Laureate Way, Kannapolis, NC, on Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 12 to 8 p.m.
This 1st annual street race will include pre-race entertainment with a Sofa race, followed by a Legends Car race with NASCAR drivers and Legend Car drivers from all over.
Drivers expected to participate include Kevin Harvick, Austin Hill, and Stefan Parsons, and more. Kerry Earnhardt will serve as the Grand Marshal.
There will be giant inflatables for the kids.
This event is FREE to attend.
Schedule of Earnhardt Outdoors Showdown
- 12 p.m.: Breweries, wineries, cideries, Food Trucks and Vendors will open.
- 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Legends Practive and Verification of the track.
- 2:30 p.m.: Sofa race
- 4:30 p.m.: Drivers Meeting and Safety Brief
- 5:00 p.m.: Invocation and National Anthum
- 5:15 p.m.: Parade lap with the Intimidator Car (Driven by Kerry Earnhardt)
- 5:30 p.m.: Earhardt Outdoors Race begins!
- 7:30 p.m.: Race Concludes
- 7:45 p.m.: Victory Lane Celebration
- 8:00 p.m.: Meet and Greet with Kerry Earnhardt at Old Armor Beer Co.
- 8:00 p.m.: Live Music Afterparty featuring Braden Hull
