Discovery Place has a Black Friday deal going on through December 1, 2025. Save 20% on any membership.

This includes membership to Discovery Place Science, Discovery Place Kids Huntersville, and Discovery Place Kids Rockingham.

Membership includes:

Unlimited visits for a whole year
Discounts on parking, cafe and gift shop
Special themed-events for Members only
Members-only hour every weekend

The price of a family membership varies, depending how many individuals are included in the membership, but as an example:

Family membership to one of the museums for 4 people:

Regular price: $249
Plus tax: $14.44
Total: $263.44
Black Friday Discount: $49.80
Discounted total: $213.64

For comparison, walk-up prices to visit the museum one time for a family of four:

Adult 1: $28.95
Adult 2: $28.95
Child 1: $23.95
Child 2: $23.95
Total: $105.80

So if you think your family (or a family you love) will visit even three times in the year, the membership is worth it.
