The Comedy Club at Duckworth’s is located on the second floor of Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse, at 330 N Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Comedy Club at Duckworth’s hosts free comedy open mic on the last Wednesday of each month. Doors are at 6:30 p.m. and the show is at 7:30 p.m. There’s no open mic December 31, 2025.
This is a chance to see some of the great comedy talent from around the Charlotte area. If you’re interested in performing, please email info@thecomedyclubatduckworths.com with a link to a performance video that is no more than 10 minutes long. They will contact you if you’re accepted to perform at an upcoming open mic night.
All shows are 18+.
There’s a two-item minimum from the menu when you come to see a show. it can be any combination of food and beverage, but does not include items purchased in The Cellar or at the Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse downstairs.
