At Charlotte Symphony’s Pro-Am, amateur musicians are getting an exciting opportunity to perform alongside members of the Charlotte Symphony, under the direction of Resident Conductor Christopher James Lees.
Many community members answered the call for performers.
The public can enjoy the concert for free.
Sunday, March 24th, 2019, at 7 p.m., the orchestra, along with the community members, will perform at Knight Theater, 430 South Tryon Street.
Maybe next time the Charlotte Symphony announces Pro-Am you’ll want to dust off your violin?
The program will include:
- J. STRAUSS Radetzky March
- FAURE Pavane
- TCHAIKOVSKY Waltz from The Sleeping Beauty Suite
- TCHAIKOVSKY 1812 Overture
