Brighter Day Community Choir of Charlotte is presenting a free concert on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m., at University City United Methodist Church, 3835 W WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina.
For the Summer 2026 concert, Brighter Day Community Choir of Charlotte will present A Family Affair, a gospel experience featuring 11 exceptional soloists from the greater Charlotte community. This concert allows us to collaborate with some of the city’s most gifted vocalists by highlighting a unique local voice on every selection.

- Mitchell Johnson
- Kerrisha Glover
- Luis Acosta
- Shumon Hudson
- Montrell Dupri
- Virginia Rush
- Lavita Hill
- BJ Vahnquee
- Miranda Meaders
The concert is open to the public and free to attend.
The Brighter Day Community Choir is a non-denominational community gospel choir. They hold three concerts per year — Spring, Summer, and Fall.
