BATL (Backyard Axe Throwing League) is hosting an open house at its two Charlotte locations on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 12 to 4 p.m.
Axe throwing will be FREE. No booking required.

BATL’s Charlotte locations are freshly upgraded and merge traditional axe throwing with modern digital scorekeeping and gamified experiences (think Candy Crush meets lumberjack).
Every experience is guided by certified coaches – safety is always front and center. BATL also offers a craft cocktail menu and bar-side eats, making for the perfect afternoon.
BATL really did start in the founder’s backyard. Now it offers leagues, walk-ins, group parties and team building events.
BATL is a founding member of the International Axe Throwing Federation.
