The C.W. Williams Community Health Center is hosting its 9th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will take place at the Stratford Richardson YMCA, 1946 West Blvd, Charlotte, NC.
This free event will include:
- Free food
- Free backpacks and school supplies (while supplies last)
- Health screenings
- COVID-19 Vaccinations and Tests
- Music
- Vendors
- Games
- More
The free food and supplies are while supplies last, and children must be present.
