The Swanee Theatre, Editions Coffee Shop & Bookstore, Sourcebooks Fire and Midnight Reads are presenting All Hallow’s Eve Book Bash on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 6 to 10 p.m., at The Swanee Theatre, 200 West Avenue, Kannapolis, North Carolina.
Admission is free.
Join them—if you dare—for a fang-tastic night of thrills, chills, killer reads, and two powerhouse voices in YA at the Midnight Reads All Hallow’s Eve Book Bash!
Guest authors are:
- Rowana Miller — author of “Secrets of the Blue Hand Girls”
- Roselyn Clarke — author of “Now She’s Dead”
Books are available on Editions Bookstore’s website for pre-order.
There will also be:
- Additional titles for purchase, with exclusive book swag for purchase
- A murder mystery party
- Snacks and bar menu (plus non-alcoholic drinks)
- Free crafting activities
- A photo booth
- Bingo & word search activities, music and dancing
- Costume contest that will be judged at the end of the night
This is a cash-free event; please bring a credit or debit card for purchases. There is no charge for admission, and you are not required to make a purchase to attend!
If you are 21+ and plan to purchase an alcoholic beverage, please bring your valid ID. The Swanee Theatre will be checking IDs before serving.
Everyone is encouraged to dress up and have fun! Just please keep your costume family-friendly!
