The Cornelius Parks and Recreation Department is presenting the All American Dog Show on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m., at Robbins Park, 17738 W. Catawba Avenue, Cornelius, North Carolina.
This event is FREE for spectators, and parking is free too.
The event features:
- Shelter-strut kick-off parade
- Pet-related vendors
- Concession
- Pet-friendly photo booth
- Agility course
- Fun contests
Contests:
- Best Dressed (w/ costume)
- Best Owner Lookalike
- Best Pooch Smooch
- Best Trick
- Cutest Puppy (under 1 year old)
- Fluffiest Coat
- Most “Ear-Resistible” Ears
There is a small charge, $6, to enter your dog. The entry fee will enter your dog into two contests, and the first 100 registrants receive a special gift. On the day of the event, registration it’s $10. Additional contests can be added for $3 each. Register here.

- Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream
Please bring chairs and blankets.
