On the third Thursday of each month, we will take on recreating a famous work of art. Come every time or just come for the pieces that interest you. This is not a class. We’ll start off with a brief history on the piece, as well as an overview of the techniques and the medium.
We will have a reference photo on display, as well as a variety of art supplies at your disposal to help you create your imitation. Feel free to bring your own art supplies as well. Just come paint, draw, relax, and socialize. This program is intended for adults.
In March, for Women’s History Month, we will be rendering our own versions of Georgia OKeefe’s Jimson Weed/White Flower No. 1.
