Joy in Motion is a fully immersive experience with silent disco headphones—so you can drop deeper into your body, your breath, and your own rhythm, right in the heart of Uptown at The Green.
Joy in Motion is a large-scale, guided movement experience designed to bring people together through presence, play, and embodied connection. Using simple prompts that blend mindfulness, breath, and intuitive movement, you’ll be guided out of your head and into your bod without distraction.
No choreography. No pressure. Just choice.
Move big or small. Stand, sit, or sway. Be active or be still. This experience builds gradually, giving you space to warm up physically and emotionally while feeling supported in a shared, yet personal, journey.
It’s accessible, non-intimidating, and open to all ages, bodies, and abilities.
