Levine Museum of the New South is preparing for its official public opening at its new home at 1800 South Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina. Leading up to the opening, the museum is presenting a series of public programs designed to spark conversation, strengthen community connections and explore the stories shaping the New South.

As the nation marks America’s 250th anniversary, this community conversation explores how history can help shape the future. Participants will examine key moments in American democracy, reflect on civic participation through the years, and imagine what they hope the next 250 years will look like through guided discussion and interactive activities.
