Halloween and 15th Anniversary Party with The Secret Chocolatier Oct. 25

The Secret Chocolatier, at 2935 Providence Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, is a local family-run chocolate shop that creates handcrafted treats from scratch. They’re definitely worthy of gift-giving and festive occasions!

They’re hosting a special event for Halloween and for their 15th anniversary. This event takes place Sunday, October 25, 2062, from 1 to 5 p.m. Drop by any time during this event.

Here’s what’s going on:

• Watch them work: Tempering chocolate on our marble slab at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15 & 4:15 p.m.
• Watch them work: Making a full table of peppermint bark, start to finish at 1:45, 2:45, 3:45 & 4:45 p.m.
• New product this fall: Cookies & Cream Bon Bon: a classic, made with our own cookie darkened with black cocoa
• New product this fall: Caramel Apple Bon Bon: an apple-painted milk chocolate shell around our own Granny Smith applesauce and caramel
• Everyone knows dark chocolate and red wine, but there are a few pairings you might not expect, poured with PRP Wine (21+). Plus coffee from Magnolia Coffee Roasters, tea from K-Teas, and a glass of milk with our new Cookies & Cream Bon Bon, for the kids and anyone who’s a kid at heart. FREE!
• Dig through our chocolate graveyard for white, milk and dark chocolate bones, fill in your own skeleton, and take your bone collection home. FREE!
• The chocolate sculptures include an Alice in Wonderland showpiece, and they’ve hidden the number 15 throughout. How many can you spot?
