moth projectIf you’re visiting Food Truck Friday at the Historic South End tonight, Friday, July 19th, 2013, check out The Moth Project. The Moth Project combines art and nature in a mobile installation. Capture, identify and release the night-time insects that are drawn to McColl Artists-in-Residence, Jeff Schmuki and Wendy DesChene’s solar powered light installation. Also explore the ecological exhibits and hands-on activities in the mobile Art Lab. Inside there are video screens, microscopes, and robot kit called PlantBots. Food Truck Friday and the Moth Project art installation will both start at 5pm. Common Market South End, 1515 S Tryon Street.
