She will lead a make-&-take style crafting session where you will get to create three different styles of charms including shrink plastic and Glossy 3-D Sealer (single step resin). Learn to make these fun charms just in time to participate in the Beadlush International Charm Day swap. All day Saturday April 28th Beadlush will be hosting a free Charm Exchange! (10am-5:30pm) Just drop off however many charms you would like to swap and pick up your new charms as early as Sunday (April 29th). These can be anything that is handcrafted and can hang from a charm bracelet or necklace (nothing more than 2 in long please)
Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring any beads, charms, or accents (ribbon, buttons, paper, ect) you may wish to add.

Bored Stiff? Ever wonder how the walking dead experience the day to day? Time to get into their disgusting shoes for one night…the Night of the Crafting Dead! Join Vanessa of Corvidae Jewlery for our second annual (?) night of horror and transformation. Vanessa will show you how to apply frighteningly convincing Zombie make-up, what details to add to really appear undead, and how to make a delicious concoction of dripping blood to finish your appearance.
Join us after as we set out to share and scare the best way possible: with candy! We will be reverse trick or treating and spreading the word about Crown Town Handmade. Be sure to wear clothing that you don’t mind getting blood all over and bring a mirror and towel. Check the supply list for other Zombie necessities you may want to bring.
Supplies:
CHEAP makeup (Wal-Mart/Target Halloween palates are perfect)
Suggested colors: grey, green, black, brown, yellow, purple & (most importantly)White
Eyeliner: Black, blue, green

At Crown Town Handmade’s September Makeout Session you can learn to make pom poms out of yarn. The session takes place at Plaza Muse, 1200 Central Avenue, on Thursday, September 29th, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Seating is limited so you might want to bring a pillow to sit on. Supplies will be provided including cotton yarn, wire, pins, jewelry findings, needle and thread. However, feel free to bring your own yarn if you would like a special color or fiber.
