See Charlotte Knights scrimmage games for free 4/2 and 4/4

The Charlotte Knights are hot! They just beat their parent team, the major-league Charlotte White Sox. Now they’re facing off against two other minor league teams in the family in free scrimmage games on Friday, April 2nd and Sunday, April 4th. (The official opener is April 8th.)

Friday April 2nd at 1 PM: Knights vs. the Advanced Single-A Winston-Salem Dash
Sunday April 4th at 1 PM: Knights vs. the Low Single-A Kannapolis Intimidators

Gates open at 12:30pm. Parking is free. Concessions will be sold. Both games will be held at Knights Stadium, at 2280 Deerfield Drive
Fort Mill, SC 29715.

Free: Knights Fest 3/20

Get ready for the Charlotte Knights’ opening day (coming soon: April 1st) with the free Knights Fest on March 20th from 10am to 2pm.

National Anthem Auditions from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Fans can take batting practice on the field from 11:30 am – 1:30 p.m.
Free hot dogs, hamburgers and soft drinks will be served at the Ballpark Franks Grill, located on the 3rd base side
Team Store will be open for the first look at what’s new in 2010 appareal
Knights fans can sign up for season ticket packages as well as 6-pack ticket plans
Individual tickets for the Knights exhibition game with the Chicago White Sox will be available
Parents can sign up their kids to be a part of the Junior Knights Kids Club
Adults 55 and over can register to be a member of the Silver Sluggers
Stadium tours will be available throughout the day

Charlotte Knights coupon for BOGO tickets Sunday through Thursday

I’ve written before about the great deals the Charlotte Knights have for tickets. On Tuesdays, you can BOGO tickets if you bring in your Harris Teeter VIC card. On Wednesdays you can BOGO tickets if you bring in your Bi-Lo Bonus card. This Valpak coupon allows you to BOGO tickets Sunday through Thursday without bringing anything in. Also included in the tickets (but most likely not to be combined with the first one) are seat upgrade coupons.

Friday, June 5th, is a great day to go to the Charlotte Knights game

If you’re a regular reader you already know that on Fridays you can get 2 tickets to the Knight’s game, 2 hot dogs, and 2 ice cream cones. This Friday, June 5th, there’s an additional benefit: it’s “Tee-shirt” night for kids 12 and under. So if you bring one kid to the game you’ll get:

  • 2 tickets
  • 2 hot dogs
  • 2 ice cream cones
  • 1 tee-shirt

for just $10. That’s cheap. Several other Friday games feature promotions as well.
